1.Purpose
ReplySeal operates a visibility service for AI answer engines (Generative Engine Optimization, or GEO), aimed primarily at independent professionals. The service includes a free AI visibility audit and a managed optimization subscription handled on the client's behalf. These terms govern the use of the site and the service.
2.Free audit
The AI visibility audit is provided for informational and indicative purposes only. It is generated automatically using artificial intelligence models and constitutes neither a commitment, a guarantee, nor professional advice. Scores and recommendations may vary over time.
3.Subscription
The subscription is offered at the rate shown on the site (249 € per month unless stated otherwise), with no minimum commitment and cancellable at any time. Access to the service is maintained until the end of the current billing period.
4.Nature of the service and results
ReplySeal is bound by an obligation of means, not of results. Visibility in AI engines depends on external factors beyond ReplySeal's control (third-party algorithms, platform changes). No ranking, citation, or recommendation by an AI assistant is guaranteed. ReplySeal commits to carrying out the optimization actions described and to monitoring their effects.
5.Access to client accounts
When the client connects a third-party account (for example, their Google Business Profile listing), they authorize ReplySeal to act on their behalf within a scope limited to optimization actions. This access is granted through Google's official mechanisms (a manager role on the listing), without any password sharing, and can be revoked at any time.
6.Personal data
The data collected (in particular the email address provided during the audit) is processed in accordance with the GDPR, to deliver the service and to contact the client. The client has a right of access, rectification, and deletion. Details in the privacy policy.
7.Intellectual property
The site content and the reports produced remain the property of ReplySeal. The client retains ownership of their own data and content.
8.Liability
ReplySeal cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for any loss of visibility attributable to a third party (Google, AI model providers, directories). ReplySeal's liability is limited to the amount paid for the month concerned.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, failing amicable resolution.
