WordPress

  1. 1In ReplySeal, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose WordPress.
  2. 2Download the ReplySeal plugin from that screen. In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, and activate it.
  3. 3In WordPress, open ReplySeal in the menu and click Connect to ReplySeal.
  4. 4Confirm in ReplySeal. Your site shows as connected, and new articles go to your blog.

Prefer no plugin? On the same screen, connect with your site address, your WordPress username and an application password (WordPress, Users, Profile, Application Passwords).

Shopify

  1. 1In your Shopify admin, go to Settings, Apps and sales channels, Develop apps, and create an app.
  2. 2Give it the write_content permission (Admin API), then install it on your store.
  3. 3Copy the app's Client ID and Client secret.
  4. 4In ReplySeal, open Settings, Integrations, choose Shopify, and paste your store address (yourstore.myshopify.com), the Client ID and the secret.

Articles go to your store's first blog. Create one in Shopify (Online Store, Blog posts) if your store has none yet.

Wix

  1. 1In ReplySeal, open Settings, Integrations, and click Connect Wix.
  2. 2Pick your site and approve on Wix.
  3. 3You land back in ReplySeal, connected. Articles go to your Wix Blog.

Your Wix site needs the Wix Blog app. Add it from the Wix App Market if it is not installed.

Webflow

  1. 1In Webflow, open your site settings, then Apps & integrations, then API access.
  2. 2Generate an API token with CMS and Sites read and write access.
  3. 3In ReplySeal, open Settings, Integrations, choose Webflow, and paste the token.

Webhook

  1. 1In ReplySeal, open Settings, Integrations, and choose Webhook.
  2. 2Paste the address that should receive each article.
  3. 3We send every new, updated or deleted article as JSON, signed with a secret shown once you are connected, so your code can check it comes from us.

Your hosted page

  1. 1In ReplySeal, open Your page in the sidebar.
  2. 2Give us your website or a social profile, or answer two short questions.
  3. 3We build the page with your logo, photos and colours. Change anything after, every edit is live at once.

Getting started

How does ReplySeal work?

You connect your website once. We read it to learn your business and your voice, plan the keywords your customers search for, then write and publish one article a day, in your site's language. Each article is built to rank on Google and to be cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

Do I have to fill in a long form?

No. We read your website and fill your business profile for you. You can review and edit it any time in Settings, Business.

How long is the free trial?

Your first 3 days are free. Cancel before the end of the third day and you pay nothing.

Articles

Can I edit an article before it goes live?

Yes. Open it from the Articles tab, change anything, or ask the AI to rewrite a section. Turn off autopilot in Settings, Automation if you want to approve each article before it is published.

In which language are articles written?

In your website's language, detected when you connect. You can change it in Settings, Writing. We write in 86 languages.

I edited or deleted an article in ReplySeal. Does my site follow?

Yes. Edits and deletions are sent to your connected site, on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and webhooks.

Backlinks

How do backlinks work?

Sites in the ReplySeal network link to each other inside relevant articles, one way only and spread over time, with your brand name as the link text. Join or leave from the Backlinks tab.

Billing

How much does it cost?

One plan with everything included: daily articles, publishing to your site, backlinks and your hosted page. The price is shown on our home page and on the checkout page.

How do I cancel?

Settings, Billing, Manage subscription. Your access stays until the end of the period you paid for.

I used a promotion code with a commitment. What changes?

A code that comes with a commitment, such as Reduc1an, keeps your reduced price for as long as you stay subscribed, with a 12-month commitment. A cancellation requested during the first 12 months takes effect at the end of those 12 months.

Account and data

What do you access on my website?

Only what publishing needs: the right to create, update and delete blog posts. We never ask for your main password.

How do I disconnect my site?

Settings, Integrations, then disconnect. It takes effect at once, and you can reconnect any time.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union (Ireland), with encrypted connections to your site.
